Kvænangen The objective of this cluster is to develop and promote bird watching in the fjord of Kvænangen, both in the Island of Spildra and on the main land. The cluster participants are Spindaj (developing tourism in the area) and the Norwegian Institute of Natural Research (bird research and mapping in Kvænangen). This cluster is sponsored by Kvænangen Municipality and Innovation Norway.
